The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Shipping & Delivery

• With the possible exception of a stock error, items listed within the LucysHouse.com are in stock and will ship out the same day, or next day (we are unable to ship on Sundays and Holidays)

  Most items will ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority.  Over sized or heavy items may ship USPS Parcel Post to keep our shipping charges low.  You will received a tracking number with every order and I do ship with Delivery Confirmation.

  At this time, LucysHouse.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  For our International friends, many of the items in our separate E Bay store offer international shipping options.  Please Google "EBay LucysHouse.com" for our EBay Store.

• As good of quality as our products are, no dog toy is totally indestructible.  Our 30 day return policy covers manufacturers defect only.
